Most new members start with our 6-week onboarding membership. The most popular version includes 5 one-to-one sessions plus unlimited group training so you can learn the system, build confidence, and experience how Prevail works before moving into ongoing membership.
If unlimited group training isn’t the right fit, we also offer an 8x/month version. We’ll help you choose the best starting option based on your goals, schedule, and experience level.

Is this a trial or a full membership?
This is our shortest full starting membership. It’s a 6-week onboarding membership built to help you learn the system, build confidence, and experience how Prevail works before moving into ongoing membership.

Do I need strength training experience?
No. Many new members are newer to strength training when they start. The 1:1 sessions help you learn the system and build confidence before fully settling into group.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
If Prevail is the right fit, you’ll transition into ongoing membership. We’ll help you choose the best option based on your goals, schedule, and how often you want to train.
What if I already have exercise experience?
Great. We’ll still help guide you into the best starting option. In some cases, we may recommend a shorter intro option first.
Is this group training or personal training?
It’s both. Your start includes one-to-one coaching plus group training, so you get personal guidance and a clear transition into the Prevail system.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
We meet people where they are. We’ll talk through your history, goals, and limitations, and help you train safely and effectively.
Can I start with a phone call instead of coming in?
Yes. We prefer starting with an in-person consult when possible, but if you’d rather begin with a phone call, that works too.
Need a shorter starting option?
In some cases, we may recommend a 3 sessions for $43 intro for people who already have exercise experience and want a quick feel for the coaching and training environment before committing to a longer starting option.
