With sessions capped at 16 At Prevail we have 3 different styles of sessions. This is on purpose and rooted in science. Our bodies need different stimulus for different adaptations. The three styles are what our bodies need to become a strong bad ass human. We call these three styles – BUILD, LIFT, and HYBRID.

We specialize in Group Strength Training, which follows a structured, progressive plan with three key session styles:

Yes! While Group Strength Training is our primary focus, we offer Personal Training for those who need individualized programming, injury recovery support, or prefer a one-on-one coaching experience.
All new members start with five personal training sessions, which provide an opportunity to learn the movements, establish a baseline, and gain confidence before transitioning into group training. This ensures proper form, injury prevention, and the best possible results.
No—we’re not an open gym. Every session is structured and led by an expert instructor to ensure progression, proper technique, and injury prevention. If you want to experience Prevail Strength & Fitness, book a No-Sweat Chitchat to get started!
We offer sessions from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Our structured training program rotates three key session styles throughout the week to maximize progress and recovery.
