So there we are lap 300 around the living room and we realize we missing our last serving of veggies, so there we are walking laps 301 to 400 chomping on carrots.
Tonight’s taco for day 7 was from Taqueria El Camino <https://www.facebook.com/Taqueria-El-Camino-101284771346769/?__tn__=%2CdK%2AF-R&eid=ARCZWZOkkRiOXhdVAK3lLdR8AWil2H8VTiiZW4uLPi3AP3V7wzi2QALqq62BHK-_ijN4Eduew6nYv6Y4>. A new spot in the new Edmond Railyard <https://www.facebook.com/EdmondRailyard/?__tn__=%2CdK%2AF-R&eid=ARAyrdQDXd4EKQHyj1KxHC-Ec40MLZWNpqKP-FnvXa2VTQIQOIG6guFat7SIfrDAjvUlNE3VINOU0D2o> which is a cool spot with multiple restaurants and bars.
After yesterday’s lackluster tacos we were ready for some legit flavor. We looked up the menu and were excited to see
Brisket burnt end tacos! yes!……
They were good not OSO good but good.
Brisket Taco- 7.8
Carne asada- 7.3
Fish taco- 8. pretty good fish taco
I don’t know if it is the 7th day of tacos or just a long day but we were hoping for more. These are good go-to tacos but nothing over the top ( or maybe we becoming taco snobs, lol)
Fitnessy things
Down again from the day before after low food and recovery cardio day. Saturday we will get back on the bodyfat scale but I can already tell a difference in the mirror.
Danielle is stalled on weight this week, BF% will be interesting to see in the am.
We both had heavy lifting days today with some more carbs. That always affects the scale.
Things we have done every day
Stayed kinda hungry
ate 3 serving of veggies
Walked everyday
Drank plenty of water
slept at least 7 hours
I really feel like some sketchy taco truck tacos are in our near future.
