
WE ARE UP IN WEIGHT WHT! That’s right SEAN gained 1lb from Saturday & DANI UP .8!
But why? Didn’t we exercise more?
Here are a couple reasons
1. we had less water than normal
2. Sean had less sleep than normal
3. We Never over ate
4. Its girl time for Dani
5. BECAUSE THIS IS NORMAL, WEIGHT LOSS IS NEVER IN A STRAIGHT LINE.
That’s why it’s so important to use as many different types of measurements as well as use the scale daily and only look at week averages. The day to day has too many variables.
Sunday was a 30 min jog and a 25-minute walk, exercising more isn’t the solution
Today we stayed fairly hungry and stuck to the basics of protein, veggies, and caffeine with some pre-workout carbs.
Then off to Qdoba for some tacos. Shockingly they came in at a 6.5 for Sean and a 6 for Dani .
Better than we thought but just not great.
Oh, and btw they were only a few dollars cheaper than the actual restaurants.
Today’s movement for Sean was about an hr of lifting. nothing crazy, just basic presses, pullups, abs and some squats. Dani did easy steady cardio and a flow session for 35 minutes and never broke a sweat.
Had someone yesterday tell Sean “well, of course, you can eat taco’s, you work out all the time” We don’t work out all the time, mainly because running a business is very taxing but we will maintain daily easy movement and try to lift 3 x a week.
WE AM NOT OUT EXERCISING A DIET Crap that reminds us, we still need to cook another serving of veggies and go walk for 20:00 minutes!
