Prevail was built as an alternative to random workouts, burnout, and low-accountability group fitness. We saw too many people working hard without real structure, coaching, or long-term progress.

So we created a system that blends personal training structure with coached group strength training—giving members real guidance, real progression, and a way to train that fits real life.

FAQ

Can I just come in and work out on my own?
No. Prevail is an instructor-led strength studio. Every session is coached, and every workout is built into our system. You won’t be left guessing what to do.

Do I need strength training experience?
No. Many members are newer to strength training when they start. Every new member begins with 1:1 onboarding so they can learn the system, understand the movements, and build confidence before fully stepping into group.

Is this more like personal training or group fitness?
It’s a hybrid. Prevail blends the structure and coaching of personal training with the energy and consistency of small group strength training. Sessions are cappped at 16 and average 8-12 a session

What does getting started look like?
Choose your location, book your consult, and start with a 1:1 PowerPack. From there, you’ll transition into coached group training when you’re ready.

What if I have injuries or limitations?
We meet people where they are. Coaches provide guidance, modifications, and progression based on your starting point, experience, and goals.

How much does it cost?
Membership options vary based on goals, frequency, and location. All members start with a 1:1 PowerPack, then move into a monthly coached membership. Memberships start at $41 a week

Is this CrossFit?
